*****ulent - impossible to stop the contract

Impossible to stop the contract after 8 years +... I could not log in via the interface.

Called them 3 times with lengthy waiting periods. Each time they promised someone will call me back.... nobody ever called back...

Whatsapped the robot for 2x half days... there is nooffoces to visit.

I finally send a registered letter and sent the 8 y old modem via registered post at Postnet - and bought a box too, i have proof of that. I followed the exact instruction sent.

I finally also succeeded in log in to the client interface and canceling via that channel.

Now they hassle me to pay one month - the month after i sent the registered letter and modem and called them. And to pay the modem and interests.... i said I sent the modem and send the proof from Postnet. They rep**** they dont work with postnet (where i spent a few hundred rands..... )
