*****ulent business practices of Webafrica

When I joined Webafrica it cost R 969 per month. The amount I was billed for monthly increased to R 1099. Today I got an email saying that my subscription is increasing to R 1099 pm, which I have been paying for a year already. Going ito my account I saw my package was 100/100 and that the top of the range, namely 300/150 was R 1099. I waited more that an hour before being assisted only to eventually being told that if I want to downgrade my package I would have to pay a penalty fee, that despite having paid the highest subscription for more than a year! Webafrica is conducting a *****ulent business and I want to alert other customers to being subjected to the same abuse.
