I'm so irate with webafrica because, you pay for a service but you can rarely use it because it's buffering 70% of the time for the month but yet you have to pay on time because you are so quick to disconnect my service, I personally feel that I don't get my full money's worth of Fibre that I'm paying for, at 1st I had a 40meg line and it buffered more than a 10meg line which I changed to 20meg again and now it's worse than ever, please if you deliver a service, make sure that you don't overload the ports, yes I understand the fact that you get these flippen drug addicts that's catching on their sh,t, but at least be lenient towards your customers and fill in for the days that the wifi is so ****pie, I can't even remember when last I watched a rugby game in piece without it buffering continously or a movie, even the flippen radio is buffering continously and it's so flippen irritating, and worst of all is when I try to get hold of you guy's on WhatsApp the consultants take forever to respond, the worst time when I waited for someone to respond to me was 4hours? How revolting is that, employ more people or employ people that actually want to work please, the amount of days my wifi worked for me without buffering was actually 9 days out of flippen 30 days and I still have to do a full payment, it's ****ing disgusting, I'm so ****ed, livid, irate, I'm ****ing everything that's ****ed off.
