Most pathetic customer support ever. I pay for the interet and fiber and asspect it to be online 24/7 . But I understand if there is an outage. Im complaining because I dont have internet conection and there is no reported outages in my area. So I try to contact support on whatsap because thats the only way to contact there customer support but it take them more than 5 hours some times 3 days just to get back to me. Im a customer that pays them each month I acspect to get what I pay for.
