Trying to deduct from people who do not have an active package with them.
On 2 June 2022 I signed up for a 500Mbps Openserve fibre package on their website, but I did not see an option toe migrate my line, only to install a new one, so I signed up thinking I could just call them quickly after to confirm with them that I already have a line and just want to migrate. This was at around 08:30 in the morning.
Once I called I could not get through to technical support, so I called sales and they tried transferring me to the people dealing with the line installations, but the call dropped immediately. So I decide that Im not going to waste any more airtime and contact their Whatsapp support, this also did not go well. For a company bragging that their Whatsapp support is so fast, it is the worst idea you could have thought of. I was in a queue all day until someone called Melissa finally contacted my at 16:21. I decided that I wanted to cancel my order at that point because of very, very, **** service. Melissa confirmed at 17:23 the order was cancelled, I have the chat history I can show you if you'd like.
Now on Saturday the 4th of June, you try to deduct R499 from my bank account, for what reason are you trying to deduct from my bank account? I am not a customer and at this point will never be a customer of Webafrica? I cannot remove my banking details from your website because it says you are busy trying to deduct the R499.
Have someone contact me immediately telephonically, not by email, I want to speak to a human being verbally.
