Trying to Cancel a service with Webafrica- there is no option to cancel!
Cannot cancel my service as there is not an option to cancel

17 Jul 2025, 17:51There is no option on the Whatsapp function to cancel or suspend. The response actually says "Sorry that is not a valid option. I called the 021 number and eventually you get cut off because there is no relevant option. I have been with Webafrica for a number of years and have 2 accounts - I was going to temporarily suspend the wifi on one of the accounts for 3 months but the service is so bad I am going to cancel both services.
