Try to cancel a services

Ok so on the 29th of Feb I went onto my control panel to cancel a service. So some services it seems you can cancel out right and some needs to go via a consultant and that is a nightmare. So I spoke to a consultant and they said it was cancelled but going onto my console, service still active. So if I revues to pay all my services will be suspend as they always do, When there is a billing issue Webafrica is not the company to deal with. Since the 30th I have been sending emails to complaints and to a person in the accounts division. Upton now, no response and even posting here I don't think there will be any response.
