It's been a year now. The details they have on my profile are incorrect and no one has been able to update them. There's no call center, no human interaction, and no assistance. Tickets don't get created, reference numbers don't exist when you follow up, and the issue never gets escalated. This isn't an edge case. I'm talking a year's worth of tickets. They don't exist the moment the stupid chat ends. That's if you get connected to anyone at all. Cashgrab via sales and no aftersales support. I'm cancelling my service and never, ever, even considering this company for anything ever again.
