Tried to make a payment using a different card, but the payment link was already invalid since from February . The error message just says “This payment link is no longer valid” with no helpful next step. Agent Kuhle was polite, but the payment system is unreliable and frustrating. Fix your payment links or provide a stable way to update card details.
