Trash service provider

I’m appalled at the service I have received today. How am I paying 3 times my usual amount today and being charged for reconnection when the payment system of Webafrica was down. They refuse to address my concerns and say the solution is to pay all the money. Luckily I have screenshots to submit to the ombudsman that shows the unwillingness to resolve the issue and I’ve instructed my bank to block any debit orders from them till the matter is resolved.
