Trash Service from Zethu N

I mailed my notice to cancel on 27/02 for the cancellation to be effective 1st April. I didn't receive any response until today when i reached out to Webafrica via WhatsApp. I was told that my cancellation will take effect at the end of April meaning I'd have to pay for April month since notice has to be 1 calendar month. This is them not taking into account the fact that i mailed them on 27/02. How ridiculous! I asked to speak to the manager and i was given a run around. Still awaiting that callback which i am sure won't happen! Trash service!
