Trash service!

Their service is the worst! Last month I signed up for their lte service. They didn't even care to explain to me that if I use their router, it would be a used router. The network was trash, so obviously I canceled. When I canceled it said that I have 20 days to return the router or else I would be charge R1999, so obviously I took it back a few days later. Mind you all of this happened in last month. Now they want to charge my account for something that is not even in my possession. They are such ******** that they didn't even explain that when I cancel, I need to return the router. Disgusting service! I curse the day, I signed up with them!
