Trapped paying for a service I have not used

This has got to be one of the most *********** companies ever, I had moved from my old place 4 months ago, trying to cancel the line has been near impossible, I have gone on the app, the WhatsApp you name it, they simply make it impossible to cancel which is against my consumer right, I have proof that I have sent numerous messages to the point that now the amount agreed on has changed in a matter of a day, which again is against my consumer right, these people do not call either, I don't suggest anyone use these services
