If you make any request for customer support phone, email or other platforms, you will be redirected to whatsapp for business and receive replies from a bot. If you are connected with “an agent” on whatsapp, they’ll respond to messages in 20+ minutes. Their answers will be suspiciously worded like a bot and not like a real person. They’ll talk in a completely unrelatable manner and will not apologise for slow service.

I don’t think this company is willing to invest in any human support.

Do not order an internet line from this company or you will be trapped and unable to make a request with another ISP until you can cancel this disaster.
