Totally Useless, can't process Top-ups. Very poor support

Webafrica is one of the most useless service providers in SA. I signed up 2 months ago but ran out of data. I topped-up twice within 24 hours and it is now 5 weeks later and those top-ups haven't been done yet. I have created many tickets about this and also did many of their Whatsapp Chats about it with no result. You cannot contact them and they keep on ignoring support tickets and Whatsapp Chats.
