Totally useless

Received our internet package weeks ago and our service is still not activated. You cannot phone them, you cannot email them and you cannot get support on their whatsup support platform. Occassionally someone will quickly talk to you on whatsup and disappear again without having assisted. Usually the brush off is to the "provisioning department" to which one never get transferred.
