TOTALLY USELESS

Totally useless service. They should be banned or deregistered in S.A. Waiting 7 days for action to be taken to sort out problem. They have no trust in themselves, that is why they have adopted a "whats app" chat line. Cannot take on the challenge to face the public head on.
