Totally disappointed

Terrible connection service for 3 months I was disconnected yet all my premiums were up to date. Finally decided to cancel and I ended up paying double the amount that was agreed upon for cancellation and their explanations do not make sense . Super disappointed worst is their form of communication which will leave you even more frustrated as you keep being transferred from one person to another.
