Total waste of time, AND data

<p>Surely Web Africa is the worst of a bad bunch.</p> <p>10 weeks after applying and paying for fibre optic installation at my home I have noting to show for it but weekly no progress updates and monthly invoices. I can't even get someone to call me back.</p> <p>Thankfully I paid by credit card rather than debit order so I've not paid the monthly invoice. As for the weekly updates telling me of Web Africa's frustration at not being able to deliver, frankly it's a shame.</p> <p>All I need right now is a full refund so I can take my service request to a company that's serious.</p>
