Total lack of care

Worst customer "service" ever. After being transferred for the umpteenth time, thought I eventually found an agent that would help? After disproving all their claims that's the fault is on my side, they came up with yet another excuse of their 3rd party supplier is at at fault. After telling them that they must sort it out with their supplier, they've now just stopped all communications and ignoring me. No whatsapp replies nor emails anymore, just nothing and we still stuck with the initial problem and can't use our phone properly. This isn't the first time and every couple of months have to go through the same nightmare. They just don't care!!! As long as they take your money, you must just wait or spend hours on whatsappbeing transferredback and forth and still get nowhere. Been 20days now and we still have the exact same problem. Think twice before EVER doing business with them!
