Top-Ups take forever. Lack of support.

I have been using WebAfrica LTE for a few years now and often top up with more data for months where I have a lot of extra work to do online. Th elast 3 months their top ups have taken well over 12 hours to reflect even though I make immediate payment for them and support tickets just go unanswered. Their Whatsapp chat bot also no longer "understands" any of the options they provide in their menu.
