Top-up took my money, but no internet.

On 2020/05/19 6:44:07 PM I had to top-up my data to be able to join a meeting. My money was immediately out of my account but I had no internet, the status of the payment stayed on pending.

On 2020/05/20 8:10:07 PM I phone support and was assured my connection would be fixed within 3 hours or so.

When noting was fixed by 13:00 I tried to get through again, but the line was to busy and I opted 2 times for the option to get phoned back(Still waiting).

On 2020/05/21 8:10:07 PM I phone again and was assured the log was escalated and that technicians was on it. Still nothing. I was also assured of a callback. Still nothing. This is absolutely pathetic. They simply take your money but cannot fix a simple issue and you can't get through to the support line, its too busy.
