Took my money but I don't have a website

I went to an event where Web Africa were promoting their web design services for a monthly fee. They were very quick to sign me up and deduct a first payment of R 150. The initial draft was completed very quickly. I requested that 2 pictures get changed and that a \blog page"be added but nothing happened for morethan a week since then. As the initial order was done in the middle of March they have deducted a pro rate for half of March and the full April fee. I still cant get any answerers as to when the website changes will be made and when the website will go live. Phone calls and emails go unanswered and I keep hearing excuses like I have been busy"
