too long to activate

trying to get connected and keep getting run around. i already have a line from before so it shouldnt be that hard? webafiica blaming previous isp for not releasing line but i showed proof line was released. Come on WA? My 1st experience with you guys is not very flattering to say the least. The order is for a 1000/500 line too so not exactly cheap. My modem was delivered over a week ago . Go figure.
