Your the ISP I signed up with. Yet you can't even assist me with anything I ask you to. Your vumatel fibre has been giving me issues and there's nothing ever fixed. Because if your were able to fix this then you wouldn't have do many people complaining about you and vumatel. I don't internet connection and imagine, I only used this Fibre for 3 days and now it's off. And whenever I tried to get hold of you, you never pick up. So why don't you guys just close your businesses because your customer service is veeeeery poor. Now we must be stress out but we paid our money to you, we entrusted you with our money to provide quality fibre connection but you failed and you still failing. If this matter won't get resolved then I want my money back. Because it **** that I must pay R399 for a fibre that I can only use for 3 days, its ****en insane. So fix this problem of give my money back. And come take our ****en installation. I can't be frustrated by people I don't know, people I decide to trust with my money for them to do me this way.
