Tirrble service

I have been trying to get a refund for the past 3 weeks from webafrica,they dont do emails,dont answer calls and their WhatsApp chat is horrible,you wait hours to chat to someone,and when you get throught to an agent and explain your query,they transfer you again,ive been called and primised my refund was processed weeks ago,but that was a lie,Worst service provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
