Tired of Webafrica

Webafrica has debited me four times in two months! They were supposed to refund the wrong debit but instead debited me again. I have tried since Wednesday the 3rd of July to get hold of anyone in their Billing department. They don't answer the phone and do not call back, tweets go unanswered!! Ticket number ID: ***
