****tiest ISP with the ****tiest Non-existent Support

I've only had my Fibre router for a few days and I've only been able to connect to the internet for 1 hour, I've been trying to contact them but only get to a not. Their customer service once they've deducted your money becomes non existent. I regret even purchasing Fibre from them. They are such a ****ty network. I'm canceling this immediately.
