Three months waiting for the correct router - still hasn't arrived

Three months ago I upgraded my Webafrica fiber to a 1000Mb line for my NGO that does uploads of thousands of images. The router was insufficiently spec'd that maxed out at 860mb, so I requested a faster router. They agreed and after two weeks wait I enquired about the faster router. They had no record of it so I went through the procedure again. A month and a half later, on the 21.06.2021 and after much following up, the router eventually arrived. I eagerly opened it, only to discover it's the same router that I had! I contacted them and they said that they would exchange it for an updated router. It is now the end of July. They have told me for two consecutive weeks that the router is on the way. On Saturday I was told that it was being dispatched. On Monday I phoned to confirm that it had been dispatched. It is now Friday, and they tell me that the router arrived on the 21.06.2021. I explained once again that there is a new router that was confirmed to be with dispatch on Monday. I am currently back with logistics, and still waiting for my router... I've just been told that it will be delivered in three business days... again! Client GWY01
