This place is worse than Eskom!

I have been without internet for a week now. Cant get hold of anyone. And the feedback I am getting is that the problem will be fixed in 24 to 72 hours. How in today's life does Webafrica expect people to stay without internet for even more than 24 hours. People work from home!!! And no one is available over weekends. I am sick of paying for a month and getting service for a week. This is also a place that uses a bot, but does not understand how it actually works.
