This company should be shut down.

If it was possible I’d score them zero. They are the worst company I’ve ever had come across. The agents are terrible if they’re not hanging up on you, they do whatever their heads tell them to do which is utter nonsense. My internet connection has been down since yesterday and no one was able to help me no “live agents” available on the website it says they are available from 7am-9pm (writing this review at 8:07am no one has assisted me) same day they took my money and now my internet is down. What kind of company does not have phone lines. The agents are so bad they are worse than Telkom. ******* company.
