THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!

Webafrica is busy with false advertising , charging delivery for a "free" router , then an activation fee for "free installation",the whatsapp only method of contact never works , their employees have no clue what they talking about , offering you refunds you never get , we waited 3 weeks for installation , never recieved the R1000.00 offered for the late installationj , but i have the email proof ewhere for @weeks they telling us theres no fibre in the area but i lived right next door first and havd fibre for more than 2 years , they dont return phone calls , the manbagers are never available , this is malpractice , ands they should be held legally responsible for this behavior , the other isps are clear about all costs , but Webafrica lies to get you in , takes your money and fixes nothing.@webafrica , dont bother sending me your generic reply, i will be going to the newspapers , the ombudsman , whoever till i get all my money back. Also their connection in itself is ******* .
