This company is a nighmare so far

I ordered an LTE service for my daughter ( a student) almost 2 weeks ago. Paid for router etc and now they tell me (on chat after my following up multiple times) its on back order as the courier has no stock. No human to speak to and oh my word, dealing with them so far I know I have made a terrible mistake. Should have paid the extra and gone with the supplier I use at home, RSAWeb, who are great.
