Think twice before make use of these guys.
Extremely poor service by WebAfrica and would advise to considering any other service provider. We moved to a new house and WebAfrica needed to move our fiber connection to the new place. After more than a month and a number of email and call we decided to cancel our service.
Even after we cancelled WebAfrica still billed me for the period we did not receive any service and then the call and emails started all over again in getting our payment back. Think twice before make use of these guys.

12 Nov 2019, 09:55It has been more than a week now and again after a number of calls to WebAfrica and whereby the consultants indicated that the refund has been done NO refund to date.
Client Service truly doesn’t mean anything to these people.
