They are ******* - I initially had a month to month internet 4G subscription from them through 3rd party Cell C. The signal just died. They never informed me that they stopped doing business with Cell C and I had to go over to 3rd party Telkom. When the new Telkom router was delivered I had to return the Cell C router which I gave to the same guy from courier guy that delivered my Telkom router for return. Webafrica queried where my Cell C router was and I informed them of the same. They informed me that it had gone to the wrong address and they will get the router from Cell C. I however also cancelled my Telkom service with them as in my area Fibre was installed and I went with a different provider. I had my driver physically deliver the Telkom router back to their offices in Sandton. I now see on my bank statement WebAfica has taken R3998 from my account as they have never received any of my routers back according to them.

It is very frustrating dealing with them - you hold forever and there is never any resolve,

For anyone reading this - do not support this business - quick to take a buck but that is where it stops.

I will also go to the police and report them for theft as I have the proof that both routers were returned.
