You NEVER get the contracted internet speeds from them. You pay for a service you never get!!

I pay for 100MB line and am lucky if I get 20MB.

It’s IMPOSSIBLE to raise complaints with them because they are completely unreachable except for their disaster “help” WhatsApp line.

I have now had to hand this over to lawyers.
