When you sign-up for the webafrica service you can tick if you want a router or not. I have my own so i didn't need theirs. Now that i have cancelled my service due to moving house, they debit my account and say its the money i owe for the router. When i tell them i never got one, they don't believe me, i ask for proof that i took one (a signed delivery, an agreement that i wanted one, any proof I have a router) and they can't give me one. But refuse to give me my money back.
