I have ordered a 70GB LTE account in July 2019. Every month I only get 50GB and run out of bandwidth every month. In August I had to pay in R300 to get 20GB more bandwidth, the same 20GB which I already paid for but did not receive. My tickets get closed without resolution, calls take 40 minutes+ to be answered, and then I get a run around that it will be investigated, but never gets resolved.

I am opening a case of theft with the police, since you stole 4 month's worth of 20GB bandwidth from me.
