I cancelled my services on the 1st of October. Website stipulates on calendar month for cancellation to take effect. Definition of one calendar month - A calendar month is the period from a particular date in one month to the same date in the next month.

They want to bill me for November as well meaning I will pay for a full month November (while still not wanting or needing to use their service). This is pure ****************. The useless support agents (Donald, Wandile and Makeyla) has just pained me in my efforts to get any means of support and refuses to give support contact numbers that actually works. Not to mention the lack of knowledge they hold for their own product/services

I have been a customer of Web Africa for over 2 years and it must be said how disgusting their support system is. Thievery and incompetence is most surely their unique selling point.

STAY AWAY!!!
