They're pathetic with poor customer service

They deducted from my account twice and returned the second deduction leaving me to incur the bank charges of this transaction. There was no notification or apology for this nonsense. They increased their premium WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. They're pathetic. They can NEVER help for ****, forever escalating with no results or communication. Where do I even begin with the poor service delivery and no one ever knows anything. They're team doesn't provide any type of support. Absolutely pathetic.
