They're fine until you need to help with an issue.

I have been with Webafrica for than 6years, never had any major problems. Now that I have a problem and I need their assistance, they are making me wanna jump off a cliff. You never know if you're talking to a real person or a chat-bot. They take forever to reply on the chat service. You always have to repeat yourself in the chat. Different chatbots/ppl give different advice. the chatbot/or actual service agent says someone is going to get back to you, but it doesnt happen. like i said, they're fine, until you have a problem, then you're effed.
