They won't stop sensing adverts

I have repeatedly sent adverts trying to get me to buy a service which I already have. I've sent 3 emails insisting that they stop doing so. Automatic responses from all of them. Nobody has changed settings to that I don't get ads anymore and nobody has contacted me explaining why they still haven't done anything about it.
