THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK

So, I have a line speed increase in the works since the 6th of March 2016, today is the 23rd of March 2016 and still nothing has happened. I have to contact WebAfrica daily as they tell me every time I contact them that a service consultant will get back to me the next day with an update, well, I will **** bricks if that has happened. The only time I have been contacted is when my live chat got disconnected. Also, I have called and done the CALL ME BACK feature and well, 2 week later no one has yet called. I am now highly disgusted with the level of service I am receiving.
