They will milk you for money

They will milk you for money. First issue was when activating my line. I specifically said I do not need installation. There already was a fibre line and I only needed a router delivered. And guess what, they charged an installation fee. It took two months of fighting to get that refunded.

Then when it came to cancellation as I was moving at the end of my 12 month lease, i contacted to make sure i know what the procedure is. The consultant said I cannot cancel before 12 months otherwise there will be a fee for the installation they did... I was not going to go down that road again... So i said I am moving out at the end of April, but since it it was activated middle May the previous year i cannot cancel before then.

I agreed to pay the extra month of May even though I have already moved out. Now when it came time to finally cancel the agreement, they said that there is a one months cancellation period so they are going to charge me for June as well. I already notified in April... and the consultants never mentioned the one month cancelation period. Even though i asked multiple times what the procedure is.

I have logged this and have been told a manager will call me back. There is no other way to call them. It has been days and no one get's back to me.

If you are strapped for cash, do not use Webafrica. They will use ********* ways to try get money out of you and if you are the little guy, there is nothing you can do but bend over and take it...
