THEY USELESS!!!

This is the worst company ever, they don't deduct via debit order on the deduction date, they then cut ur line and send u msgs and emails stating your line has been suspended after the money is in your account, u try and contact them then their illeterate agents can't assist or don't assist at all, and they expect you to chat to a robot via whatsapp . I must waste data on this company that can't even help me, when wanting to do a payment from the link it shows u owe R!! But wen doing payment it shows R0... How can your company not have a customer services helpline number???
