THEY TAKE MONEY WITHOUT WARNING

okay so let me give some back ground

so im moving at the moment, witch some people would know is very expensive to do, so i discussed the move with webafrica to get my service on the move BUT I TOLD THEM THAT IT HAS TO MOVE AT THE END OF THE MONTH

They did not care, WITHOUT TELLING ME A THING OR WARNING ME THEY WENT and deducted R1000 from my account in the middle of my moving and now I find myself having to make plans to buy food and gas. I work in the trade business, and this is something i have come across allot , legal *****ING somewhere in the fine print they will cover there side by saying that they can deduct whenever they want when it comes to situations like mine I have been paying them month for month for almost 3 years and this is how they treat me?

EXTREMELY dissapointed and the exact reason why I dont refer this horrible company to any of my friends

Its a struggle to get in contact with them and when you do you just talk to a lacky that has no idea what he is doing

I truly hate this company and the situation that they are putting me and my family through
