They suck

The worst customer service ever. Ive been trying to get my internet working for 2 days now since I received my order. The support team sucks. Theybsayvtheyvare available till 21:00 but to get someone to help you is the problem. Everyone Just wants to transfer you to someone else but nobody can sort out your issues. I will not advise anyone to use them. It is pathetic.
