They stole my money

Webafrica are ******* they delivered they package of LTE on the 18th of September and it didn't work until the 27th they deducted R119 from my account for the service that was not delivered today they just deactivated my service after making a payment of R899 I want all my money back if they treat their customers this way I never requested to cancel my service after all everything was in order I told them to fetch their thing while their service was in active and was happy everything was working fine until this morning after they received R899 they deactivated my service when you call them they don't pick up just keep you on the line forever listening to their week recorded voice please if any one need LTE please apply direct to telkom you will receive a better treatment as well as better service
