They really dont care if you get your order or not once they got your money

The delivery system is unprofessional. I got an sms that my router is on it's way then soon after I get another sms that they were unable to deliver my router. Their email stated that when they deliver the delivery guy will call me to make arrangements but none of that happened. I spent my airtime calling back and forth and they tell me he is on his way and then only after an hour when I call again do they tell me that he will deliver tomorrow. Why can they not communicate better.
