They promise to give you free fibre installation, provide bad service then when you cancel charge R2700 for installation

I had sadv with them, paid for the SADV R749 in October because it was my normal package but you guys installed Vuma reach for R499 which they said everyone was being changed the SADV and the vumareach both did not work the whole month of October I was getting a back and forth until i figured out that the vumareach was installed in the incorrect address. I told them this thinking it would assist speed up the process but the Vuma reach went off again in November and they never were able to make it work so I requested these two amounts be refunded. And requested all services I have with them be cancelled now I'm told since I'm cancelling in less then a year of being with them I need to pay the installation fee. I would have never cancelled if it wasn't for their bad service now they fining me for leaving
